Kristina Seidel

Kristina Seidel grew up with an interest in problem-solving that eventually led her to the law. After graduating with a BS in Economics from the University of Maryland, she went on to attend the New York Paralegal School.

Since receiving her certification, Seidel has assisted the Law Firm of Michael H. Bereston, Inc. for over 20 years with numerous medical malpractice cases. One that stands out in particular involved a baby boy who suffered catastrophic injuries as a direct result of a doctor’s negligence. Several firms had already turned down the case before the Law Firm of Michael H. Bereston, Inc. came onboard. Although the medicine initially seemed to be against them, Seidel and Attorney Bereston were eventually able to secure a settlement that will help the injured child receive important medical care for the rest of his life.
